Do I need to arrive early for the scheduled time?+
Yes, we strongly recommend arriving at the meeting location 45 to 60 minutes prior to departure to step on board comfortably and without rushing. Your rental time begins exactly at the hour specified in the booking, so arriving late may shorten your actual event time. Please note that the platform is not responsible for delays, and a failure to show up for boarding is considered a No Show, meaning no refund will be issued.
