What are the rules regarding alcohol consumption on board, and what happens if a guest drinks too much?+
We fully support a celebratory atmosphere and fun, but safety always comes first in open waters. The provider (captain) holds full legal authority and is responsible for safety on board. They have the right to terminate the event early or return to shore immediately if a guest's behavior due to heavy intoxication or non-compliance with safety guidelines poses a threat to themselves, other passengers, or the vessel. Please keep in mind that in such situations, no refund is provided for the remaining time.
