These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Haflaga website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Hahami Connect Ltd. (Company No. 517144812), 7 Rahav St., Bat Yam, Israel. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence to use the Service.
2. Marketplace role
Haflaga is a marketplace that connects guests with independent boat owners and captains ("Operators"). The contract for each trip is between the guest and the Operator; Haflaga is not a party to that contract, does not own or operate vessels.
3. Bookings, payments, fees
- Prices, taxes, and the Operator's cancellation policy are displayed before you confirm.
- You authorize Haflaga and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total displayed.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method.
- Haflaga may charge service fees disclosed at checkout.
4. Cancellations & weather
If a trip is cancelled by the Operator (including for safety or weather), you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule, at your option. Guest-initiated cancellations follow the cancellation policy of the specific listing.
5. Operator obligations
Operators warrant that they hold all licenses, insurance, and permits required to offer the experience listed, that listings are accurate, and that they comply with applicable maritime safety law.
6. Guest conduct
You agree to behave safely and respectfully on board, follow the Operator's and captain's instructions, and not bring prohibited items. You are liable for damage you cause to a vessel.
7. Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos), but grant Haflaga a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce it for the operation and promotion of the Service. The Haflaga name, logo, and software are the property of Hahami Connect Ltd. and may not be used without permission.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law, or where we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haflaga's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid through the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app and on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms of Service are provided in several languages for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
