You can delete your Haflaga account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Choose the path that suits you.
Option 1 — In-app
Open the Haflaga app → Account → Edit Profile → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your identity, then deletion is queued.
Option 2 — Email
Send a deletion request to info@haflaga.co.il from the email address registered with your account. Include:
- The email and full name on the account.
- A phone number (optional, helps us verify).
- Any context you'd like us to know.
Timeline
Deletion is completed within 30 days of successful identity verification.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records that we are legally required to keep, typically for tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and dispute-resolution purposes, for the period required by Israeli law. These records are kept securely and not used for marketing.
