Safety and Onboard Rules

What happens if weather conditions prevent us from setting sail? Who makes the decision?+

Your safety always comes first. Only the vessel provider or the Maritime Authority are authorized to cancel a sea trip due to safety concerns or dangerous wave heights. Overcast skies, light rain, cool weather, or a total lack of wind are not considered valid grounds for cancellation by a guest without penalties. If the provider determines that sea conditions are unsafe for departure, you can either choose an alternative date for your adventure or receive a full refund.
