Our advanced business management system handles all the routine tasks for you: a smart calendar to prevent overlaps, flexible rate customization, an integrated guest chat, and fully secured, guaranteed payouts.

Joining the platform and publishing your listing is absolutely free! We only charge a commission on bookings that are successfully placed, confirmed by you, and actually paid for by guests through our system. If you don't get bookings, you don't pay us anything. We cannot guarantee a fixed number of bookings in advance, as order volume is dynamic and depends on your calendar availability, pricing tier, seasonality, and overall market demand.

No, control over your schedule is completely in your hands! You have full right to decline a booking request. However, to maintain a high visibility rank for your profile in the app, we strongly recommend blocking out busy dates and hours in advance using the calendar synchronization feature.

To maintain a fast service, the system allocates a specific response window. If you do not manually confirm or decline the request within this window, and those hours were left open in your calendar, the system will automatically confirm the booking based on the availability you specified to ensure the guest's trip. Always keep your calendar up to date to avoid Double Booking.

Partner profiles are created upon signing in: select an account type, then enter your personal and account details. To receive payouts, upload a photo of your registration document and a bank account certificate. Publishing a vessel is done from the partner dashboard in the vibes and offers menu. Set the location, pin the meeting point on the map, state maximum guest capacity, and attach required documents (valid insurance policy, ownership certificate, and navigation license). Account setup and vessel document uploads are completed only once.

General Location: In the "Account" tab, go to "My Space" > "Manage listings," select the relevant listing, tap "Meeting Point," and enter the country, city, and marina name (e.g., Israel, Tel Aviv, Marina Tel Aviv). Exact Coordinates: In this same listing settings menu, you can pin the exact GPS coordinates, which will display a clear digital map to guests in the app on the day of their activity.

Your profile is your digital storefront! In the "Description" Section: We recommend adding a short, engaging, and welcoming text detailing the route, program, amenities, equipment, or unique features you offer. In the "Photos" Section: You can upload high-quality photographs of your vessel, interior, gear, or services in action. Bright, professional wide-angle photos significantly increase your booking conversion rate on the platform!

For partners, go to "Account", enter the partner space, select "Manage listings", tap the chosen yacht, and open the "Documents" tab to upload licenses and insurance policies. In the "Max Guests" field, specify capacity strictly according to the maritime license. The system automatically blocks bookings exceeding this limit.

The pricing platform allows setting a uniform rate or calendar based pricing. Once pricing is set, the first vibe is defined by selecting the vibe type, entering a description, and uploading matching quality photos. Availability days, hours, and duration are then configured. Options include a shared vibe with individual guest pricing or a private vibe with a total fixed price. Selecting the cancellation policy completes the setup and activates the vibe. Additional vibes can be added to keep the vessel schedule consistently filled.

From the "Vibe setup" menu, scroll to the "Active vibes" section and tap "Add vibe". Configure the required parameters: Vibe format (shared per guest or full charter), amount, currency (ILS, USD), date and hour range, and link the rule to matching Vibe categories (fishing, romantic, party) so guests can easily find you via filters. Tap "Done".

The platform allows you to divide your working day into separate time slots and apply a dedicated rule, Vibe, and exact price to each slot. For example: you can specify in your pricing rules that from 05:00 to 10:00 your listing is available only for the "Fishing" category (at one rate), from 12:00 to 15:00 it is open for the "Parties" category, and from 17:00 to 20:00 it appears exclusively in the "Romantic Experience" category at sunset. The app will automatically display your listing to guests in the correct category during the right hours!

Yes, your revenue is protected according to the cancellation policy you configured for your Vibe. If a guest cancels at the last minute or fails to show up (No Show), the system automatically applies your chosen policy rules. Under most policy tiers, cancellations made less than 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, and your payout is processed as planned.

To prevent Double Booking, tap "Calendar Synchronization" in your account settings and connect the system to your personal calendar (Google Calendar or Apple Calendar). All confirmed bookings in Haflaga will automatically sync to your phone. Please note: despite the automation, the provider holds personal responsibility for regularly verifying that their calendar is up to date within the Haflaga app.

Earnings & documents: On the account screen, open "My Space" and tap "Request payout". There you can see your balance breakdown (locked, available, and already-paid amounts), your full payout history with statuses, and the documents for each payout — the invoice you uploaded and our bank-transfer confirmation once the payment goes out. Please note: order tax invoices are issued to the guest — as a provider, you are paid through payouts. Payouts: Earnings from an experience become available at the beginning of the following month. To withdraw them, submit a payout request in the app (with your invoice attached) before the monthly cutoff date. Once our team reviews and approves the request, the money is transferred to your bank account. Missed the cutoff? Contact us — an early payout can be arranged for a fee.

Yes. To maintain a safe, pleasant, and respectful community, as well as to provide you with full protection and support in case of misunderstandings, chats within the app are monitored and moderated by the system. The chat history is also utilized by us to resolve any disputes as fairly as possible.

Yes. The platform reserves the right to temporarily restrict or permanently block the account of a user or provider in cases of severe safety violations, fraud, abusive behavior, or attempts to bypass the platform's secure payment system. We do this exclusively to protect our community and ensure fair conditions for everyone.
