You make a single, combined payment in the app for the entire package of services, which includes the main vessel booking and any extra options (catering, decor, DJ). Following this, our platform's system automatically splits the amount and transfers payments to the respective providers.

Can I pay the provider directly in cash, via Bit, or outside the app?

No, this is a strict and unalterable rule of our platform. It is strictly forbidden to transfer payments directly to vessel owners or associated providers outside the app system. Processing payments within the platform is designed for your protection (funds security, guaranteed official refunds upon cancellation, and support team mediation in case of disputes). Any payment bypass violates the terms of service and can lead to immediate account suspension.

How is payment structured and is it secure? Can I pay in installments?

All payments are completed in a fully digital and secure manner via an advanced clearing system directly within the app. For your convenience, you can split the payment into up to 12 installments. Please note that choosing an installment plan may incur a clearing fee. Its amount will be transparently displayed on the screen before you finalize your booking.

Do the prices in the app include VAT?

Of course! All prices displayed in the Haflaga app for guests already include VAT in accordance with the law. The amount on the booking summary screen is final, with no hidden surcharges.

Are there special benefits for soldiers, security forces, or senior citizens?

Certainly! Special discounts are available for certain types of trips and listings. During the process of adding participants when checking out, simply select the corresponding category. In some cases, the system will ask you to upload a photo of your ID directly through the app for verification.

Are tips for the skipper and crew included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Tips are not included in the cost of the trip and remain entirely at your discretion. If you thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism of the crew, you can thank them with a cash tip at the end of your adventure.
