Question 1

How do I change my account type or register as a provider if I am already registered as a "Guest"?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to create a new account! You can switch your status directly within your existing profile settings: Navigate to the "Account" tab in the bottom right corner of the screen. Under the "Settings" block, select "Change Account Type". On the screen that opens, choose your required role: "Partner (Vessel Owner)" or "Associated Provider". Fill out the mandatory fields: enter your Company Name and your Registration Number (C.N. / ID). Tap "Continue". Following this, the blue "My Space" panel will be activated on your screen.

Question 2

Why can't I select both the "Partner (Vessel Owner)" and "Associated Provider" statuses within a single account?

Accepted Answer

Each role in the app has a unique internal technical and financial architecture. To prevent critical bugs in calendar synchronization, errors in tax calculations, receipts, and automated payment distributions by the system, an individual account can only hold one active business status.

Question 3

What should I do if I own a vessel and also provide independent extra services (e.g., my own catering or decor on other owners' events)?

Accepted Answer

Because the Haflaga platform strictly separates the logic of vessel management and associated services to prevent scheduling overlaps, merging these two roles into a single profile is impossible. You are required to register a new (separate) account in the app for your second business activity. For this second profile, you must use different details: a different phone number and a different email address.
